This is the second time the company was fined by the regulator. In June 2022,\u00a0it was fined \u20ac4.4 million for the same reasons. And the regulator says that\u00a0no action has been taken to resolve the issue since then.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>KSA Decision\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">KSA states that casino sites that belong to Gammix Limited did not prevent players with Dutch IP addresses from accessing the sites. Their employee was able to create an account and deposit money. During the registration, the Netherlands country code \u2018+31\u2019 was among available. Plus, Netherlands wasn\u2019t listed as a restricted territory in the casino T&amp;Cs. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gammix Response\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gammix Director, Phil Pearson, told NEXT.io that \u2018the fine is an absolute joke\u2019 and that they will appeal it. The company argues that the account was created from Luxembourg and that the regulator used falsified data. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The company has now officially lodged an objection and argues that they block the country IP addresses and do not target Dutch players.
