Much to its surprise, it lost in the court not once, but twice.<\/p>\n<p>After the regulator was unsuccessful during the first court, it filed an appeal. But the verdict was no different. Turns out, there\u2019s a lack of specific details about what it means to \u201ctarget Swedish players\u201d. Currently, it\u2019s understood that a gambling site is translated into Swedish.<\/p>\n<p>Since Zimpler didn\u2019t work with operators that have their sites in Swedish, it didn\u2019t break any regulations.
