CasinoDaddy Wants BWB Punished for Using Their Win Replay. AvatarUX Is Caught in the Middle

CasinoDaddy filed a copyright claim against Bigwinboard after the latter uploaded the replay of a big win on LooneyPop. YouTube initially sided with CasinoDaddy and rejected a counter notification, but later changed its mind.

The anonymous replay was provided by AvatarUX, the developer of LooneyPop. But it was CasinoDaddy who landed that big win, and it wasn’t happy about others uploading the replay on their channels.

Describing the situation in their post, Bigwinboard said that after uploading the replay, they were targeted by supposedly CasinoDaddy who used some dirty methods trying to make them remove the video. With threats being unsuccessful, they must have contacted the developer.

On March 21, Bigwinboard was contacted by AvatarUX and they agreed to change the video from public to private. That wasn’t enough for CasinoDaddy and they filed a copyright claim on YouTube, which was initially successful but later rejected.

AvatarUX has made a statement saying that “No one has exclusive right to our replays unless stated otherwise.” The studio representative also called it absurd that YouTube accepts claims with no proof and mentioned that AvatarUX is helping to sort things out.

Meanwhile, Bigwinboard called it ironic that CasinoDaddy is so worried about copyright when their site AboutSlots.com copied Bigwinboard’s slot review info and score boxes as well as their writing style.
