LuckyHour Casino Review

LuckyHour is a casino that can deliver some exciting gaming experience. Players have a wonderful selection of games and can claim a variety of bonuses, including special Highroller offers. The operator is licensed in Curacao and reaches punters from around the world, including from New Zealand. That’s why there are several website versions for different markets.

If you need extra support to keep gambling under control, this isn’t the right option. Because deposit, loss and other limits can’t be set. Everyone else is good to join the casino. There are, however, other things to consider, such as the 3x deposit wager requirement and the casino’s right to set individual withdrawal limits. Both are discussed in more detail in this LuckyHour Casino review.

Payments

The selection of banking options is decent. Bank cards, e-wallets and cryptos can be used to upload funds. Which options will be available to you depends on your country and selected currency. LuckyHour Casino accepts a variety of currencies, but each player will only have a couple of choices. It’s going to be their local currency and/or EUR/USD. Kiwi punters will have NZD available.

Anyone who wants to know which banking options will be available to them, can contact customer support. But the sure way is to sign up and check out the Cashier menu. And make sure to check both deposit and withdrawal options.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal limits are pretty standard at €5,000/€5,000/€10,000/€30,000 per transaction/day/week/month respectively. But surprisingly, section 9.4.2 says that wins of over €30,000 will be paid in monthly installments of up to €10,000, which is three times lower than the set limit.

There are a few rules that must be followed before NZ players can get their money. Read section 9 of the casino terms and conditions to see all the rules. Here are some of the key ones.

  • If funds are deposited but not used for wagering, withdrawal requests will be rejected.
  • Withdrawals won’t be processed unless the player account is verified. All necessary docs to pass the verification process are listed in section 9.1.1 of the T&Cs.
  • One interesting thing is that the operator can request winnings to be paid via a bank transfer. This is done for verification reasons, which is mentioned in section 9.2.3.
  • The thing that shouldn’t be left unnoticed is that LuckyHour reserves the right to decide the max limit, banking method and other terms for any individual payment.

Cashing out isn’t round-the-clock. Transactions get processed 9.00-18.00 GMT+3. First withdrawal gets processed within 24 hours of account verification. But as players upgrade their loyalty status, they are promised faster withdrawals.

Deposits must be played through at least 3 times to unlock withdrawals. LuckyHour NZ Casino does tell that a processing fee can be charged but fails to specify how much they charge.

LuckyHour Casino Bonuses

LuckyHour Casino Bonuses

Members of this casino get a selection of bonuses that you usually find on most gaming sites. Plus, there’s a series of Lucky Packs that players can grab. So, if you time your deposits, you can have every one of them bringing you some extra credits or free spins. And if you join tournaments and other promos, you are in for a chance to win more extra funds.

Welcome Bonuses

Depending on the size of the first deposit, there are two bonus packs. They have different terms and wagering requirements.

  • €20 / NZ$30 deposit qualifies for a 100% up to €500 / NZ$750 + 100FS bonus. Wager is x40.
  • €1,000 / NZ$1,500 deposit qualifies for a 50% up to €2,000 / NZ$3,000 High Roller Bonus. Wager is x20.

Keep in mind that in the case of the regular bonus, the wager is applied to the bonus amount only. Whereas the High Roller bonus requires bonus+deposit to be played through 20 times.

Weekly Bonuses

Once players have made at least one deposit, they are eligible for weekly reload rewards that are available three out of seven days a week. They all require a €20 / NZ$30 min payment and must be wagered 40 times within 10 days. Pay attention to the fact that deposits must be made between 00.00 and 23.59 UTC on a specified day.

  • 100 FS on Mondays
  • 100% up to €100 / NZ$150 on Fridays
  • 50 FS on Sundays

Lucky Packs

At the time of writing this review, LuckyHour Casino New Zealand players also have three Lucky Packs to claim. Each one of them requires a €50 deposit, which is higher than the min deposit for reload offers. But the wagering requirements are the same.

All three packs offer 30% up to €1,000 / NZ$1,500 + 50FS bonus and the only difference is that free spins are used in different slots. The max withdrawable amount is 5x bonus.

Games

LuckyHour Casino Games

Unless you have a taste for some exclusive casino games, LuckyHour collection should be more than enough. The site offers all the popular titles players like to return to again and again as well as plenty of games they can explore. And an army of developers never fails to deliver tons of new content to check out.

Pokies and live casino are not the only categories that offer plenty of choices. Crash game and table game fans too will be excited to see a wide variety of titles to play. If you enjoy the thrill of competition, see if there are any tournaments and other special promos such as Prize Drops. Not only can you grab a share of the prize pool, but also find some games that you enjoy.

LuckyHour Casino offers a huge game library, but navigating it won’t be an issue. There are different collections to choose from, a Search bar, and you can select your favorite provider. If you are new to online gambling, the Top and Hot categories will narrow down the selection to some of the most popular titles for you.

Customer Support

Online chat is there 24/7 if you have any questions or issues. Go to the Contact Us page on the LuckyHour Casino site to find customer support email and email of their financial support. Section 26 of the T&Cs explains the process of filing a complaint when customer support is unable to help.

Conclusion

LuckyHour Casino is a place where Kiwi players can enjoy a massive and versatile selection of games. Slots, live casino, crash games and all sorts of other content is supplied by dozens of providers. Bonuses with acceptable wager requirements are another reason to consider this gaming site. There are, however, a couple of cons that we mentioned in this LuckyHour Casino review, including a lack of responsible gambling tools.
