How to Play Lightning Bac Bo
It’s a dice game with two hands: Player and Banker. Each hand has a pair of dice placed in separate shakers. The number they give in total is compared against the total of the other hand to determine the winner.
If you bet on Player or Banker and win, payout is 1 to 1. If you bet on Tie and win, payout can be 4 to 1, 3 to 1 or 2 to 1, depending on how rare a tie combination is. In case a Player/Banker bet is placed and there’s a tie, then 90% of Player/Banker wager is received back.
Lightning Multiplier
This is an exciting part. The multiplier is only up to x8. Then how is it possible to land 1,200:1 payouts?! Well, that can happen only if Lightning Bac Bo players are extremely lucky. A multiplier is assigned to a random dice value from 1 to 6. Suppose number 2 is selected for x8 multiplier. Then you get all dice showing 2. This means 8x8x8x8, which is x4,096.
Tie bets pay a maximum of 1,200 to 1. So, you can technically win more, but the amount will be reduced to 1,200 to 1. And because multipliers are multiplied, Player/Banker wagers can pay up to 64 to 1 instead of their typical 1 to 1.
This is a thrilling option, but it isn’t free. Players pay 50% extra for every bet to cover the cost. And in case of a tie, the money is lost.
Conclusion
Lightning Bac Bo with its three bets and just up to x8 Lightning multipliers doesn’t seem like a big payer. But thanks to the fact that multipliers are multiplied, the game can deliver impressive 1,200:1 payouts. It’s also an uncomplicated game with a very relaxed atmosphere.
