Evolution family doesn’t stop growing. This time, the company welcomes Livespins, an up-and-coming company that ‘socially charges’ casinos. Evolution will pay €5 million now and some additional sum depending on Livespins’ 2026 performance. The companies expect to finalize the deal in the second quarter of this year.
Livespins has built a platform that allows gamblers to bet behind their favorite streamers. The studio enjoyed significant growth within the last couple of years and integrated games produced by some of the major content creators. But this deal can catapult this innovative product to absolutely new heights.
Commenting on the deal, Evolution CPO Todd Haushalter said that the idea of allowing gamblers to play along with streamers was on their roadmap. That’s why they didn’t hesitate when they had a chance to acquire Livespins.
