We all know Nolimit City as a slot industry powerhouse that has a massive creative power. But the studio was once a young and unknown developer. And the original Tombstone released in 2019 was one of its earliest hits that drew attention to the studio.  

Features 

After the series made an insane R.I.P turn, it returned back to normality. If you compare Tombstone: No Mercy with two previous games in this series, you’ll notice that it’s very close to the first slot. It has a very similar set of features and visuals.  

The only thing that changed is the stats changed, but not too much. The max win is 16,480x, hit frequency is 20.32% and volatility is extreme. We have a familiar 2-3-3-3-2 layout with all the favorite bonus features that were available in the first game. Plus, a whole load of bonus buy options.  

xNudge  

At the heart of the gameplay are the nudging Stacked Wilds. They appear only on three middle reels that are 3 row high. When these Wilds land partially on the reel, they nudge up or down until fully visible. And for every position it travels, +1 is added to the win multiplier.  

Bonus Games 

Tombstone: No Mercy has three bonus games that are borrowed from the original slot. So, if you are familiar with it, you know what to expect.  

• Justice Spins. When players get one badge on the first and one badge on the last reel, they get 3 free spins with any Stacked Wild locked up for the duration of the feature.  
• Gunslinger Spins. 3 scatters unlock 10 free spins, and this time it’s a more promising bonus game as all Wilds contribute to a single multiplier that grows with every nudge. And the great news is that it doesn’t reset between rounds. 1 or 3 extra spins are awarded for 1 or 2 scatters respectively.

The cheapest option is a guaranteed scatter or Stacked Wild that costs x2. If you pay this price, the chance of landing free spins is doubled. Outlaw Wilds cost x5, and Justice, Gunslinger and Bounty Spins cost x50, x65 and x950 respectively. 

Conclusion 

Tombstone: No Mercy offers a familiar set of features and visuals with slightly boosted stats and a whole range of bonus buy options. This time, volatility and the max win are higher, but not by too much. And the chance to enter any of the bonus games and get a couple of cheaper options adds so much more excitement.
