The developers of slot machines traditionally delight their fans with themed slots before Halloween celebrated on October 31, on the eve of All Saints’ Day. NetEnt didn’t drop the tradition this year and announced the launch of a new Halloween Jack slot. The main character of the slot is the Halloween symbol – Jack-o’-lantern in the form of a pumpkin with a scary face carved on it, with a lighted candle inside.
The slot design fully inspires the atmosphere of mysticism and horror. Game reels are located in the center of the cemetery, with lots of graves. Next to the reels, there are two columns and pumpkins with candles lit inside. The bats and the soundtrack used in the game make it creepier. On the technical part, the new slot consists of 5 spinning reels and 20 lines to generate winnings.
The symbols used in the slot include the standard names of playing cards from 10 to A, as well as a horseshoe, a black crow, a bat, a ghost of a horse and a vampire girl. Bonus Features of the Halloween Jack Slot
Walking Wild: the feature is active both during the regular gameplay and free spins. Free respins are triggered every time a wild symbol lands on the reels. With each spin, the Wild moves one reel to the left. All combinations containing the wild will have an x3 multiplier. The spins continue until the wild symbol leaves the playing field.
Free spins are triggered when at least 3 scatter symbols land on the game reels. You will get 10 free spins, during which you can activate additional features of the wild symbols. - Expanding Death Reaper Wild is triggered if you managed to get a complete collection of lanterns (9 pieces) – you will get a new wild in the form of a dead man, which will cover the entire game reel.
Overall, Halloween Jack is a rather interesting and exciting slot. Its disadvantage is that Halloween Jack is absolutely identical to the Jack and the Beanstalk slot of the same manufacturer in terms of its structure and mechanics – only the theme and symbols were changed.
