According to iGaming Next, Push Gaming can soon become a part of MGM Resorts. The US company is about to acquire the slot supplier for €150 million via LeoVegas, which joined MGM in 2022. The parties must have been in negotiations for some time because it’s believed the deal will be confirmed within a few days.
iGaming Next says that Push Gaming has been looking for this opportunity lately. And several companies, including Scientific Games, showed interest. There is no official information yet. iGaming Next don’t name their source, but mention it’s someone familiar with the deal.
