Sword of Shoguns is a 5040 pay ways video slot. Consecutive symbols, positioned left to right starting on the first reel, will form a winning combination. All unique combinations pay.
Sword Symbol
The Sword symbol acts as both a Scatter and a Wild symbol, replacing all symbols in the Base Game and Bonus Game except for Expanding symbol wins in the Bonus Game.
Random Reel Heights
The game has random reel heights of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 symbols, which appear in random order on each spin. The number of pay ways is 5040.
Bonus Game
3 Sword symbols landing on the reels trigger the Bonus Game, awarding a random number of Free Spins (5, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 12). If retriggered (3, 4, 5, 6 or 7) Free Spins are awarded. In addition, a random symbol is selected (except the Sword symbol) to become an Expanding symbol for the rest of the Bonus Game. The selected symbol is shown in the meter below the reels. Up to 4 Expanding symbols can be won during the bonus game. The reel heights in the spin that triggers the Bonus Game will be the reel configuration for the Bonus Game.
The Expanding symbols only expand if the expansions form wins, according to the pay table. The Expanding symbols do not need to appear next to each other to result in expanded wins, and the expansion occurs only once per symbol on each reel during a spin. The sword symbol is never included in an expanded win.
