iGaming Next published the interview with Play’n GO chief people officer, James Trusler. He talked about the developer’s plan to go fully remote by October 2024. Play’n GO has already closed its London and Budapest offices, and their Manila office is to be closed in October 2024.
James Trusler highlighted that before going digital they consulted with their staff and analyzed their preferences when employees were offered to choose between working from offices or remotely. As a result, they concluded that for Play’n GO being a digital first workplace is the future.
One of the benefits of this move is a better access to talent and improved productivity. And despite closing physical locations, the company grows and expands the list of countries from where they can hire people.
