Playtech to Use Ada’s AI Platform to Improve Customer Support Experience
Playtech has signed a deal with Ada to integrate its conversational AI. It’s the world-class software that’s designed to boost customer support services. Used by many big international companies, it’s expected to significantly improve user experience. Unlike regular automation systems, Ada’s solution allows for much more personalized and advanced interaction with players.
The platform will get data from Playtech’s Information Management System and will be able to provide answers to player specific questions. For instance, whereas a regular chat bot would simply refer to the average withdrawal time specified in the T&Cs, Ada’s conversational AI can generate a personalized response, detailing when exactly a player is expected to receive a payout. Moreover, the system can be proactive and deliver key updates without being asked.
