Twitch CEO, Dan Clancy, has recently talked to a popular streamer Filian and clarified what is banned and what is allowed on their platform in terms of gambling. He explained that they are ok with regulated gaming sites but don’t want to see unregulated offshore sites because no one oversees them.
He thinks that unregulated operators have an option to get licensed in major reputable jurisdictions to be allowed on Twitch. But if they don’t want to comply with regulations put in place to protect players, they aren’t welcomed.
