Players can claim Weekly Cashback, which is credited in the form of bonus money and has a minimum wagering requirement of x3. Players can request their Weekly Cashback on Mondays (10:00 UTC – 13:00 UTC). The cashback amount is determined by the player’s losses over the last seven days and increases with certain VIP levels.
The cashback bonus has a validity period of 7 days. Cashback is calculated by applying a percentage to the total amount using the following formula: bets – wins – bonus bets. To qualify for cashback, your minimum loss in the last seven days must be at least 1 EUR.
Players cannot access the weekly cashback until they reach the 4th VIP level (Onyx). The percentage of Cashback Bonus that is automatically given increases as a player achieves certain VIP levels:
- 5% for the 4th VIP level (Onyx)
- 7% for the 5th VIP level (Topaz)
- 10% for the 6th VIP level (Sapphire)
- 12% for the 7th VIP level (Pyrite)
- 13% for the 8th VIP level (Citrine)
- 14% for the 9th VIP level (Ruby)
- 15% for the 10th VIP level (Alexandrite)
