Unibet Enters the Metaverse World with the Launch of the Unibet Arena

Unibet has released its first metaverse product in cooperation with French company, The Sandbox. The virtual place offers several separate areas and a variety of challenges in tennis, football, boxing, basketball and poker.

The operator promises a more immersive experience with the launch of the new product. Unibet used the opportunity to show it cares about responsible gambling because the very first thing players do after entering the arena is talk to a virtual employee about tools they have to keep gambling safe.

So far it doesn’t seem to be a super exciting product, but that must be just the beginning. And it’s interesting to see what the future holds for metaverse in the online gambling world.
