SoftSwiss Reports Its Anti-Fraud Team Saved Operators Over €16 Million in 2022
SoftSwiss’ Anti-Fraud team doubled in size in 2022, which indicates a high demand for their services. During the last year, the team processed close to 62,000 requests from 200 operators and saved them more than €16 million. This is a 14% increase compared to 2021.
According to the company’s report, bonus abuse is the most common issue. 70% of all fraud cases prevented were attempts to abuse bonuses. 10% of the cases related to money laundering and payment system abuse. The report also indicates that crypto fraud is on the rise.
