UKGC’s Chief Executive and Executive Director for Operations visited Malta to meet with MGA officials and talk about collaboration. The regulators will cooperate to learn from each other and ensure the best player protection and fair play regulations.
It’s possible MGA and UKGC will eventually introduce a Memorandum of Understanding to formalize their collaboration. In addition to responsible gambling, the two will share information to ensure sports betting integrity and AML compliance.
