Push Gaming Marketing Director Confirms and Explains the 85,000x Win on Razor Shark

Two years ago the news of a 85,475x win on Razor Shark took gambling community by surprise. And not because it’s such an amazing win, but because the official max win was known to be 50,000x. In his recent interview, Push Gaming Marketing Director Darren Stephenson confirmed the win.

He explained that many games don’t have the max win cap. In this case a ‘Highest Observed’ win is used. This figure is received during the testing and certification period when billions of round simulations are carried out. That’s why it isn’t actually the highest possible win, but the highest observed during the period.

Because so many rounds are played, it’s unlikely that when released a game will award more than what was observed, but it’s possible. The studio has changed the Razor Shark max theoretical win to ‘infinite’.
